The Charles B. Benenson Visitors Center & Gallery is an environmentally progressive, 4200 square foot LEED certified structure at the Omi International Arts Center in Ghent NY. The structure was designed by F:T Architecture & Interiors. Kathleen Triem, one of the principles, chose brush tiles for the vertical surfaces of the reception desk. The rich, warm texture of the Argentinean Horse Mane hair tiles works perfectly with the natural, renewable materials of the building and is consistent with the vision of the project.
